We began the search for a second set of solar panels because our first set, from Vivint originally but now Sunrun, weren’t producing enough to cover much of our electric bill if any. Very disappointing. Sunrun came out and that experience was also disappointing so I began to search for a local company and came across Insight Solar. Eric helped us with every step of the process and it was effortless. The installers were great and I was informed of everything that was happening by them and also by the people in the office. Stephanie and Kate were great with keeping me informed of the last steps and Stephanie walked me step by step how to turn on the panels.
